CM-W Consulting is a multi-faceted company focused on delivering key strategic planning and program/project management services to our clients. Thus, when we were first asked to support a client with the selection, design and build out of their new site, we believed this request to be out of the scope of our services. However, after much prodding, and procurement of trained sub-contractors, we learned that the construction industry relies heavily on skilled project management techniques to aid creating roadmaps, project plans, and communication strategies to bring their projects in under budget, on time and with sustainable quality. 

CM-W has created a network or resources and strategic partners to assist us in our efforts to partner with our clients to revitalize our community. Our clients are not just interested in the transformation of their work teams, but their workspaces as well. in 2014, the Harvard Business Review released an article, Employees are More Productive When They Control Their Workspace, by Diane Haskins. 

The article focuses on how to elevate productivity by designing a workspace conducive to employees needs. CM-W consulting already focuses on providing our clients with the tools and techniques to keep their employees focused and productive.Thus, if workspace design is a proven part of that equation than it must be adapted as part of our toolkit.
