Project: Organizational Leadership & Human Resources Inclusion Study

The Diversity & Inclusion Equation
CM-W Consulting partnered with the University of Cincinnati's Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Department (UC-OLHR), via Professor Thomas Mobley, to assess their current inclusion and engagement strategies to make recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities. The goal was to update the current "inclusion & engagement roadmap" to enhance recruitment and retention goals for diverse OLHR students. The Roadmap is part of an Advanced Practicum Project and included the following:

As part of the roadmap, we interviewed national leaders in the Organizational Leadership and Human Resource fields to assess what elements to include. To date, we have interviewed senior leaders at GE, Mercy Health, Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio, Macon & Associates, and The University of Cincinnati. On March 2, 2018, we launched our eight-question survey to 225 OLHR students. Our goal was to achieve a 44% participation rate.
