The Law Offices of Nathaniel Martin has over 25 years of legal experience in the private and public domain. They have served as CM-W's Key Legal Consultant since 2008. Their key responsibilities include contract negotiations, corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture development and intellectual property management.

Their main focus is to ensure that regardless of company size, that all contracted parties are clear on their deliverables and legal ramifications if the deliverables are not achieved within the specified time frame or to spec. They facilitate our monthly governance meetings to ensure we identify and/or mitigate risks expeditiously and that any change requests are vetted for impact.
